For over three decades, I have dedicated my life’s work to children and their learning. As a former classroom teacher, chief technology officer, high school principal, and district superintendent; I have witnessed the transformative power of innovation and invention in the learning process. 

Through the leadership roles I have held, I have demonstrated the courage and risk-taking mindset it takes to do what is best for kids despite the power of the status quo.
 
There is a renaissance in learning that is occurring. We are defining a “new normal” in schools where choice and customization is expected by society and learning is occurring in an increasingly mobile manner.  

My goal as a professional speaker is to provide your audience with insight and inspiration to do the necessary work to redesign our learning environments so that every child has the opportunity to feel successful every day. I draw upon my experience in  K12 Education Consulting to help your audience.
